Bahamas Album - Selfies!

Hello friends!  I've got another spread from my Bahamas album to share with you and it's all my hubby and me...

Supplies: Becky Higgins Cinnamon Project Life Cards; Tim Holtz Distress Ink - Walnut Stain; Studio Calico Mister Huey - Passport; October Afternoon Sprinklers - Lemon Drop; Ali Edwards Stamps - Give Thanks; Kellie Winnell Stamps - Boy Plus Girl; Studio Calico Leather Jacket Kit Stamps; Heidi Swapp Ghost Heart; EK Success Heart Punch; Tim Holtz Tiny Attacher; My Mind's Eye Enamel Dots; Ormolu Fact Or Fiction Flapper; Traveling_Typewriter Font

I know that's a whole bunch of selfies all at once but what better way to make those pages look good right? LOL! ;)

Seriously though I like to try and snap a shot of my hubby and I whenever I think about it and we did a lot of these shots while walking around the resort.  Putting them all together seemed like the best way to get them scrapped and I really love how much "us" is shown here. :)

Thanks for stopping by today!  I've got some more pages done plus a few more that are I'm working on, and I promise to share them with you soon!  Have an awesome day...

MMD Sketch #33

Good morning!  I have a new sketch from Heather at Miracles Momma Designs to share with you today that is FABULOUS!!!

Supplies: Fancy Pants Love Birds Collection - Kissame, Birds On A Wire, Sweetheart, Circle Of Love, Bunches Of Love, Strips; Tim Holtz Distress Ink - Walnut Stain; AC/Dear Lizzy Neapolitan Roller Date Stamp; EK Success Embossed Curve Border Punch; Stampin' Up! Butterfly Punch; AC/Dear Lizzy Thickers - Berry; Basic Grey Button; Twine; Angelina Font

When I saw Heather’s sketch I was immediately drawn to the scalloped borders and took my inspiration from them to start my page. I had this awesome picture of my hubby and I and used it to journal to him about a favorite phrase of his that he always says to me. It's really special and I wanted to make sure that he always knows that. :) The page is simple and sweet but I absolutely love the result!

So how do you like the sketch?  If you are inspired by it to get creative yourself, please be sure to share your project with us over at the Miracles Momma Designs blog so we can all check it out. ;) Thanks for popping by for a visit!

Project Life Title Page

Hello friends!  I have some exciting (well to me anyway, lol) news to share today...I'm doing Project Life this year!  I was inspired by a couple of sweet friends of mine who are doing it (thanks again Suzanne & Sandi!!) to try it myself and I'm SO glad I did!  I'd like to share my title page with you today...

Supplies: Crate Paper Paper Heart 6x6 Pad; Tim Holtz Distress Ink - Walnut Stain; Studio Calico Mister Huey - Clay; Ali Edwards Stamps - This One, Sweet Baby, Days Of The Week, It's In The Details; Cocoa Daisy Stamps - A Day In The Life Sentiments & Symbols; Beary Sweet Stamps - Point & Click; AC/Dear Lizzy Neapolitan Roller Date Stamp; Fiskars Round & Round Circle Punch - Extra Large; Fiskars Twinkle Twinkle Star Punches - Large, Medium; Stampin' Up! Butterfly Punch; Martha Stewart Heart Confetti Punch; Tim Holtz Tiny Attacher; We R Memory Keepers Corner Chomper; Doodlebug Loopy Lou Alpha Stickers - Bon Bon; My Mind's Eye The Sweetest Thing Enamel Dots - Bluebell (Smile), Tangerine (Together); Washi Tape - Bella Blvd, October Afternoon, Misc; Just The Way You Are Font

How fun is that??  I found a really cute 8 1/2" by 11" album and got some baseball card protector page inserts to use inside of it.  They have 2 1/2" by 3 1/2" openings and it's such a fun size to work with!  There are 9 pockets on each page and since I tend to take alot of pictures, this gives me the option to use more of them if I want to each week.  I also decided to use all Instagram pics and through Snapfish I figured out a way to get them perfectly sized for this album so I'm feeling like it was meant to be. :) I'm absolutely loving this process so far and can't wait to share more with you!
