Time for some layouts!

Hello there! I hope you've all been having a fabulous week. :) I've got a couple of layouts to share with you. I created this first one a few days ago and would have posted it sooner but the RAIN wouldn't go away so I could take any pictures! The sun finally came out today though thankfully...

Supplies: My Mind's Eye Gertie Paper - "Friends Forever" Petals, "Little One" Darling Dots; Ali Edwards Stamp Set - This One; Heidi Swapp "Delight" Stamp; American Crafts/Dear Lizzy Neapolitan Roller Date Stamp; Tim Holtz Distress Ink - Walnut Stain; Color Box Chalk Ink - Rose Coral; Studio Calico Mister Huey - Dark Calico; Fiskars Flit On By Punch; Fiskars Circle Punches - Extra Large, Large, Medium; EK Success Scallop Circle Punch; WRMK Corner Chomper; Elle's Studio Tags - Lil' Snippets Date, Handmade Layers Cutouts; Heidi Swapp Ghost Heart; Basic Grey Button; Misc. Brads; Twine; DMC Floss

I absolutely ADORE this picture of Emily. It was such a crazy shot with her being so close to me, but I love how it's focused completely on her, and how she looks so happy! It really shows who she is and I wanted the layout to let her shine, which I think it does beautifully. :)

---------------

I made the second layout this morning and I think it all came together pretty easily! There are some challenges that I wanted to get done before the month's end, so that's where alot of my inspiration came from...

Supplies: Crate Paper Paper Heart Paper - Romance, Love Letter, Cupid, Define; Ali Edwards Stamp Set - Bring On The Love; American Crafts/Dear Lizzy Neapolitan Roller Date Stamp; Tim Holtz Distress Ink - Pumice Stone; Studio Calico Mister Huey - Clay; Fiskars Circle Punches - Extra Large, Large, Medium; EK Success Scallop Circle Punch; Fiskars Scallop Sentiment Border Punch; Martha Stewart 3-in-1 Classic Butterfly Punch; WRMK Corner Chomper; My Mind's Eye "Beauty Of Life" Quote; Basic Grey Brad; Carnala Computer Font

This picture is another favorite of mine. I absolutely love getting shots like this, where no one is paying me any mind...they're just being together. It's so precious to see. :)

I'm still feeling crafty today so you never know...there may be another share headed your way soon, as long as Madison stays off the computer that is, lol. ;) Thanks for your visit!

Time

Hi everyone! I've got a new layout to share today. My hubby is on vacation this week so we've been out of the house alot, but I was able to get some scrapping in while he was playing golf to create this page that I just loooooove...

Supplies: American Crafts/Dear Lizzy Neapolitan Paper - Sea Breeze, Silly Skedaddle, Warm Memories, Heart Song, Delightful Bouquet; Tim Holtz Distress Ink - Pumice Stone; Studio Calico Mister Huey - Clay; Ali Edwards Stamp Set - Simply You; Fiskars Flit On By Punch; Fiskars Medium Circle Punch; Martha Stewart Large Circle Cutter; American Crafts Thickers - Rainboots; Basic Grey Button; sf Dana Computer Font

How cute are my babies? This was one of those rare moments where they were just spending time together, no fighting or arguing, and even holding hands while reading a book. It melted this mommy's heart for sure. :)

I just got a paper order this week from Tammi over at My Scraps & More (be sure to check her out...the sales ROCK!!) and was finally able to get my hands on most of the Dear Lizzy Neapolitan collection!! I seriously ADORE all of the papers in it and couldn't wait to use some. I think this was the perfect picture to start with, and I'm sure you'll see tons more of this line in the coming weeks, so get ready. ;)

Thanks for stopping by!! I probably won't scrap any this weekend, so I'll see you next week. Have a great night!

Capture the minutes...

Good morning!! How are you on this beautiful Saturday? I'm excited because my hubby goes on vacation starting tomorrow! We aren't going anywhere since my girls had Spring Break this week (bummer right?), so they'll be in school, but it will still be nice having him home. :)

So anyway, I have a new layout to share with you today. Earlier in the month, Sketches in Thyme posted about a DT Call on their blog and I got really excited! I've been having alot of fun with their sketches lately so I thought I'd throw my hat in the ring and try out. This is the layout I made that was inspired by the sketch they posted for the call...

Supplies: Basic Grey Olivia Paper - Amelia, Katelyn, Marabelle, Chloe; Tim Holtz Distress Ink - Walnut Stain; Ali Edwards Stamp Set - It's In The Details; Studio Calio Mister Huey - Dark Calico; Fiskars Scallop Sentiment Border Punch; Fiskars Circle Punches - Large & Medium; Martha Stewart 3-in-1 Classic Butterfly Punch; American Crafts Button; The Twinery Twine; CK Alis Hand Computer Font

This is my hubby and his mom holding Madison on the day she was born. His mom lives pretty far away so we were all very thankful that she was able to be here with us. :)

In case you're wondering why I've been working on so many baby pages lately, it's because I decided to do a scrapbook for each of my girls about their birth. It's been really awesome going back through baby pictures and working with them, and the memories have been flooding through, which I'm treasuring. It all seems SO long ago, sigh...

Anyway, if you will, please think lots of good thoughts for me to make the team!! And thanks for stopping by!

My Sister

Edited 4/27 to say that this layout was featured on the Basic Grey blog!!! They chose me as one of their winners for the April Flickr challenge and I am SO excited!

---------------

Hi there my sweet friends!! I've got a new layout to share with you today that I am SO in love with. I actually started working on it Wednesday morning and didn't finish it until around 1 am today, lol! I had it sitting on my desk with the things in place but couldn't seem to glue anything down. I finally starting putting everything where I wanted it to go though and it all came together so easily after that...

Supplies: Basic Grey Konnichiwa Paper - Good Afternoon, Friendly Greetings; Tim Holtz Distress Inks - Spun Sugar, Antique Linen, Pumice Stone; Ali Edwards Stamp Sets - Family Is, Adored; American Crafts/Dear Lizzy Neapolitan Roller Date Stamp; Fiskars Flit On By Punch; Fiskars Circle Punches; EK Success Scallop Circle Punch; Basic Grey Buttons; CK Cindy Computer Font

I adore this picture of my girls. They were SO lovey towards each other that day...no arguing or fighting, even when they had to sit down for pictures! It's so funny to me how my girls can be so different from one another but still have amazing moments like this one where they mesh together perfectly. I talked about that in the journaling because I want them to know that it's ok to be different and unique, as long as you always remember to keep yourself open to new things...

Well that's it from me today! I've got some cards in the works that I'll try to get done soon and be able to share. Today started Spring Break for us so I'll have lots of time to create...as long as I can keep Madison off the computer, which is on my scrap table, lol! Wish me luck with that ok? ;)
