Hi there friends! Today I've got a new layout to share with you that I did for...myself! Most of my recent pages have been for DT assignments and I looooove those, but I also love it when I get the chance to make something just because I feel like it. ;) This one was inspired by the awesome sketch over at Artful Delight this month...
Supplies: Simple Stories Elementary Collection - Bookworm, Spelling Bee, Flash Cards; Tim Holtz Distress Ink - Walnut Stain; Tim Holtz Distress Marker - Walnut Stain; Studio Calico Mister Huey - Classic Calico, Overdue, Estate Green; Paper Smooches Stamps - Good Gab; Studio Calico Alpha Border Stamp; EK Success Embossed Curve Border Punch; Fiskars Round & Round Punch; Fiskars Twinkle Twinkle Punch; EK Success Photo Corner Punch; My Mind's Eye Celebrate Brad
How cute is that?? I took these pics of Madison doing her homework right after she started Kindergarten. She LOVED homework (don't ask me why, lol!) and she was always ready to get it done. It continued through first grade last year and we're hoping the trend goes on for second grade also. ;)
So there you go! I'll be back in a couple of days with a new layout for Sketches In Thyme and then at the beginning of September with a project for the newest challenge at Scrap It Girl. And if I feel crafty the next couple of days, I may see you even sooner that that. :) Have an awesome day!

I'm entering this layout in the following challenges...
