1st Haircut (Artful Delight)

Good morning! I have a sweet layout to share with you today that I made using the July kit from Artful Delight...

Supplies Used From The Artful Delight July Kit: My Mind's Eye Lime Twist Out Of The Blue Paper - "Boy" Spots & "Playful" Number; Bazzill Cardstock - Lagoon; American Crafts Glitter Buttons - Margarita
Other Supplies Used: Craft Smart Ink - Chocolate Brown; EK Success Dotted Scallop Border Punch; Fiskars Butterfly Punch; Pink Paislee Expressions Cushies - Meringue (From the Artful Delight April Kit); Making Memories Glassine Envelope - Vintage Findings

Seriously, how cute is that?? Madison was sooooo excited about going to get her hair cut for the first time, and she did a really great job with it. It was definitely one of those moments I wanted to be sure to save for her, and even added an envelope with her first cut of hair inside. I love it!

Each time I get out my kit to create something, it really amazes me how many different colors there are to choose from! This layout looks completely different than the other two I've created this month, yet the papers would still go great together. Now that's what I call fabulous! ;)

What an awesome layout April...I love the way you document the everyday. Wonderful idea with the glassine envelope. I have a lock of my grandson's hair and want to do a layout and include it. Thank you for the awesome inspiration.
