Project Life Week #3

Hello friends!  I know it's been a while since I shared a Project Life spread with you but I just haven't had the time to work on it these past few weeks.  That's what I love most about this process though...I don't let it bother me if I get "behind" and I just work on it whenever I get the chance to.  I have a really cool app on my phone called Day One that helps me keep track of the journaling too so that helps. ;)

Anyway, I have a new spread to share with you today!  This week I changed it up a little bit and used less pictures so that I could include some longer journaling, a really cute quote, and also to have a couple of blank cards to play around with, which I stitched on!  Talk about fun...

Aren't they great?  Each time I finish one of these weeks, I just stare and stare at it, lol.  I guess that means I love it though and I'm really enjoying working on it, so yay me!  It was really awesome pulling out my stitching supplies because it's been WAY too long since I did some stitching on my projects and I love how it looks!  I'm planning on ordering the new Amy Tangerine kits (have you seen those???) to try out so I'm sure you'll see some of those designs soon...

Are any of you doing PL?  If so, please feel free to leave me a link to some of your pages because I'd love to check them out!  Thanks for stopping by to visit today. :)

MMD Sketch #33

Good morning!  I have a new sketch from Heather at Miracles Momma Designs to share with you today that is FABULOUS!!!

Supplies: Fancy Pants Love Birds Collection - Kissame, Birds On A Wire, Sweetheart, Circle Of Love, Bunches Of Love, Strips; Tim Holtz Distress Ink - Walnut Stain; AC/Dear Lizzy Neapolitan Roller Date Stamp; EK Success Embossed Curve Border Punch; Stampin' Up! When I saw Heather’s sketch I was immediately drawn to the scalloped borders and took my inspiration from them to start my page. It's really special and I wanted to make sure that he always knows that. :) The page is simple and sweet but I absolutely love the result!

So how do you like the sketch?  If you are inspired by it to get creative yourself, please be sure to share your project with us over at the Miracles Momma Designs blog so we can all check it out. ;) Thanks for popping by for a visit!
