Scripture Challenge - Path & Give

I did a couple of new Scripture challenge layouts yesterday and I really love them both. :) They are not at all in order though, lol!! The next one I needed to do was week #24 (I'm a little behind), but these are actually the words for weeks #46 & #48. I just found really perfect Scriptures for them both, so I decided to go ahead and do them. It doesn't matter if I go in order anyway, right?? As long as I'm doing them and showing my love for our precious Lord, that's all that matters to me.

For path, there were SOOO many verses that I found that were wonderful, but this one really spoke to me when I read it. It gives me this amazing feeling of hope and joy...like my future has bright things in it that I can't even imagine. I pray that's true...

For give, I also found a few different verses I liked, but John 3:16 is the PERFECT one for it. There is nothing in this world more precious that God could have given us than His Son...who in turn gave us all the chance to have everlasting life. How AMAZING is that??? We are tremendously blessed to be His children...

Thank you for taking the time to look at these. I hope they've brightened your day some. God bless!!

My sweet girls...

I did a quick page today about my sweeties having some play time at the park. I really like how it turned out! I'm loving these bright, cheery colors...

I hope you're having an amazing day!

Some Scripture pages...

I'm working on a 6x6 Scripture album for my wonderful mom-in-law, Arlene. I got 8 layouts made yesterday, and then today I put them back-to-back on some chipboard to make 4 complete pages of the album. I punched some holes into each page and used metal rings for the closures so she can easily add more pages later on. I really like it so far! :)

I won't post each individual supply list since there are so many of these, so I'll just tell you that most of the papers are from K&Company's "Life's Journey" paper pad and I used ALOT of Tim Holtz distress inks. I even tried out a couple of his masks too...fun stuff! Thanks for looking...

I did a couple of pages for Emily today and I'm really happy with how they both turned out! I did some stitching on each one and I really think it adds that little something...

Just a note - I've decided to start adding my supply lists to the layouts/cards I post. There have been way too many times I've seen a project somewhere and wanted to know what products were used and couldn't find out. It's very frustrating! So just in case there are any of you out there wondering what I've used on something, now you'll know. ;)

She makes my heart happy... :)

I did this layout of Emily today and I adore how it turned out! I took this picture of her a couple of months ago and absolutely love how joyful she looks in it...

*Based on sketch #24 at 52 Sketches...52 Weeks

I've been wanting to scrap this for a while now but couldn't seem to find any papers I really liked to go with it. I think these were definitely a great choice though. ;)

Cute...and she knows it, lol...

I did this layout of Emily this morning and I think it turned out adorable!!

*Based on sketch #23 at 52 Sketches...52 Weeks

The look on her face is priceless...like she knows what a little cutie she is. Well, I guess she should since we tell her that all the time, lol. ;)

I used some papers from the We R Memory Keepers paper pad called Nonsense. I just love how bright and colorful they are! Perfect for summertime...
